Food & Drink
Taking the gastronomic reigns at Villa la Coste’s Louison is celebrated chef Gérald Passedat. The formal dining destination produces cuisine in accordance with the season and sources ingredients from local Provencal markets and onsite organic kitchen garden. The bar, which sits in a marble-clad room off the hotel’s lobby, offers a cosy atmosphere to enjoy a delicious menu of carefully crafted cocktails.

All 28 villas are decorated in a myriad of white hues with accents of natural stone, light wood and marble materials. The minimal interiors allow the carefully curated artworks and natural surrounds to take centre stage.
