Sublime Comporta features three swimming pools. The main outdoor pool for adults sits next to a fire pit that is perfect for sociable evenings. The other outdoor pool caters for children and one indoor heated pool located in the Spa. Set in the main building, the spa also features a sauna, steam bath and a fleet of celestial therapists.
Food & Drink
Experience the region’s natural bounty at Sem Porta Restaurant, whose open-plan dining room puts the Great Outdoors centre stage, with help from floor-to-ceiling windows. Architecture finds its inspiration in the old rice storing facilites of the area, in keeping with the essence of Comporta, the decor is sophisticated yet relaxed. Chef Tiago Santos uses regional products, working with local fisherman and wineries, giving precedence to fresh, organic produce whenever possible. You can expect a relaxed atmosphere and taste several different flavours in one meal at Tasca da Comporta. The restaurant with nature as its backdrop caters sophisticated traditional Portuguese “petiscos” such as octopus salad, fire grill black pork chorizo and many more. The best way to experience the region’s various flavours and specialties in a relaxed atmosphere.
The lobby bar features a large deck punctuated with beautiful centenarian Olive trees, overlooking the pool. Here there isn’t really a cocktail menu but bar staff that cater to the most demanding connoisseur.

The rooms and villas stretch across several buildings adding to the exclusivity of this hotel. These include the Main House, Guest House and Villas. The hotel includes 23 bedrooms and suites as well as several 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom Cabana villas. Locally inspired architecture and minimalist Scandinavian styling adds up to a extremely romantic effect; referencing their woodland surroundings, the cabanas and villas feature cork walls, exposed wooden beams, pine stools and straw lampshades.
