Food & Drink
Rosa Alpina offers four restaurants. At charming, Michelin-starred St. Hubertus, chef Norbert Niederkofler takes the time to advise each guest on ingredients and flavours for an entirely bespoke experience. Limonaia Restaurant offers a menu with Mediterranean specialities, pasta dishes and fresh fish. The Fondue Stube is an intimate room off Limonaia Restaurant, where Swiss fondue and fondue bourguignon are among the much-loved offerings. The Wine Bar & Grill specialises in grilled meat and vegetables, homemade pasta dishes, rich salads, local specialities and wood fired pizza.
