Food & Drink

A modern Australian menu is served at the Dune House with panoramic views of the red-hued outback. Pairing indigenous and modern flavours, the cuisine, fronted by Chef Jonathan Bryant, showcases the best of seasonal, fresh quality produce. Also housed under Dune House’s canopy is the self-service bar; open all day, it’s adorned with quality wines, beers and spirits.

Fifteen of the luxury tents sitting elevated along a secluded dune, are identical in facilities and come well-appointed with an en-suite bathroom, rain-shower, expansive balcony with day bed, and indigenous artworks. The Dune Pavilion is a more expansive offering sleeping up to five guests and features separate living and sleeping areas, custom furnishings, bathroom, and outdoor deck complete with a private plunge pool.
