Food & Drink
Apulian food is recognised all over the world for its diversity and variety. Every single restaurant at Borgo Egnazia provides a unique experience and atmosphere, treasuring the highest culinary quality and embodying the many faces of Italian tradition. A team of professionals, guided by executive chef Domingo Schingaro and supervised by Michelin-starred Andrea Ribaldone, create different menus using fresh local products. The hotel bar, Bar del Portico, is the perfect lounge setting to spend some time before or after any meeting or event.
The Hotel offers a portfolio of rooms, casettas and villas located in La Corte, Il Borgo and Le Ville. The main building, known as La Corte, hosts many of Borgo Egnazia’s services including Due Camini restaurant and Vair Spa. The décor combines Mediterranean tradition and modern design. With its central piazza, the Borgo is the heart of the property. Its internal and external architectural design is reminiscent of a traditional Apulian village and houses services, such as La Frasca restaurant and Mia Cucina trattoria as well as the fabulous Trullalleri Kids Club and Fichi d’India Teens Club. Equipped with every possible comfort, the Villas in Le Ville are all furnished in a style that is more classic yet equally refined.
Borgo Egnazia is at the heart of Puglia in Savelletri di Fasano, a town full of fishermen and colourful clotheslines. The Adriatic coast and slopes of the Murgia and Itria Valley are steps away.
